Ich sehe die Sendung erst seit kurzem, ich bin aus der West Schweiz. Ihr seit wirklich der einzige Grund VL überhaupt anzusehen. Ohne Euch = kein Interesse. Man sollte eine Serie allein mit Euch drehen, inspiriert von Brian/Justin aus Queer as Folk, oder die 2 Characters aus Shelter (US movie). Also für ARD : Mehr Chrolli, viel Zärtlichkeit. Im blog : auch Küsse, (Christian auch mitmachen bitte!) und die zärtliche Freundschaft weiter pflegen. Wir brauchen ja Illusionen in dieser Welt !

Thanks for your efforts. Just hope we can generate some genuine US interest over here. I mean other than what’s already taken place….they really have become a sort of phenomenon, haven’t they?? And so they should. The story was outstanding at one time and their whole means of bringing it to all of us with their incredibly believable acting skills was as well. They are such good actors, I hope we will hear more about them over here very soon.

Will you be going to NY to see them?? I am planning to. Perhaps all of the online Chrolli fans can reserve a table!?! Take care!

Glad to see that I’m not the only one frustrated by the way that the shoplifting and now delusional Rebecca has been shoehorned into the Chrolli story and by the way the characters of Christian and Olli have been messed about with in order to support this farce of a storyline. Brownsugar is spot on about the handbag holding fiasco but what about Christian having anything at all to do with Rebecca after it emerged she was both a thief and a liar who’d tried to frame him for stealing a purple frilled bolero? The old Christian would never have forgiven her for drawing him into her mess let alone proclaim to the world that she was now his very best friend. And how about Olli’s sudden insatiable lust for clothes shopping, even to the point of missing his beloved boyfriend’s hospital appointments? And I’m not even going to dwell on Christian’s sudden need to constantly lay hands on Rebecca. When was he ever this touchy feely with anyone, even Olli?

I just can’t work out where this storyline is going and why the writers and producers think that anyone, especially Chrolli fans, would view the whole Rebecca is in love with Christian as anything other than ridiculous. To make matters worse, Jasmine Lord lacks the acting chops to successfully pull it off and even Thore who we know can act looks out of his depth in their scenes together.

It’s time the writers and producers went back and watched the Chrolli story from the beginning because it’s clear they have seriously lost sight of what made this couple compelling enough to attract an international audience. I’m tired of seeing other relationships on the show treated sensibly and allowed to progress while Chrolli
is presented as some kind of novelty act. Why are they still sharing the flat with anyone who happens to come along? Don’t they want their own space like the other long term couples on the show? Why haven’t they even talked about getting married? Gregor and Luise got together after they did so did Carla and Stella and both couples are now married. Why have they never celebrated an anniversary or even had Christmas together? Why are they constantly shoved into the background of other characters storylines?

Jo and Thore are good actors who have an enormous amount of chemistry. On top of that they have helped attract an international audience that a soap that was barely known outside of Germany and a few other European countries. Surely that should at least guarantee them sensible front burners stprylines which don’t involve propping up pointless characters like Rebecca.

VL writers it’s time to get your act together before either Jo or Thore decide to throw in the towel. If that happens it wouldn’t only be a great loss for their fans but the show as a whole.

I understand Dion’s comment, but from the perspective of an American viewer, I think that at least the fans here should remember that we are not the intended audience of VL, and we see these episodes only through the generosity of somebody that facilitate it. I don’t know copyright laws but couldn’t VL yank these clips if they pushed the issue? I certainly see Hollywood and record companies yanking things off of YouTube.

On a happier note, Christian’s new hair style is great! He’s always had a unique cut and the highlights improved it. I’m less enthused about Oliver’s stubble, I think it detracts with his mature, sophisticated image. Maybe I’ll send him a razor LOL.

I sincerely wish the day will come when we only have to write nice things here. But I am afraid , as long as we have this rubbish scripts with Christian and Rebecca we have to keep on complaining. Maybe one day Vl wil stop and listen. I agree with Brown sugar, Chrisopher, Meerkat and tie, the time has come to end this fiasco. This actress has no on screen chemistry or acting posibilities.So what is she doing in a professional Soap Opera. Christian and Olli look like two fishes out of the water, with her amateur
acting. How can they perform their High Calibre acting with this silly actress in thir midst.
If VL cannot get rid of her, then it is time that we as fans and the viewing public do it.
I think we should start an Anti Rebecca blog or even better write to the German newspapers in Dusseldorf and cologne, where I am sure they will sit up and listen to our views and act accordingly. What do the other Fans all over the world think of this.
I hope and pray that all the Christian and Rebecca scenes will go to the cutting floor where they belong, and that we will see Thore and Jo in a Professional script again and not this stupid amateur one’s. We as Fans and the viewing public of VL deserve something better than this rubbish , that they push down our throats. Please treat us as Adults and nor as Imbiscile’s. Christian and Olli will always be the best .

I enjoyed yesterday’s episode up to a point…Rebecca’s grand entrance to save the day. My eyes rolled into the back of my head the minute she made another one of her endless appearances. Her fantasizing about dancing with Christian was indeed like watching children act out a school play. I didn’t know how to react to this particular scene, I only know I wished Rebecca wasn’t still part of Ollian’s story. It’s been months upon months of poor acting atop a hard to believe storyline which has had the character of Christian, this hard core boxer reduced to a mushy mess when in the presence of Rebecca. I’m still trying to get over that earlier episode when Christian went shopping with Rebecca, even holding her handbag while she shopped. This is the power that Rebecca seems to hold over this two mature young couple Olli and Christian. A true character assassination has taken place for Christian in order to fit Rebecca’s story.

Thore I can only sympathize with since he has spent more or less the last six months playing along side an actress, who because of her very poor acting skills has stunted his talent. A talent we know Thore has demonstrated when in scenes with more worthy actors. Jo has been spared, since most of his scenes are in No limits behind the bar shining glasses and giving out love advice. In yesterday’s episode we did get to witness some of Jo’s terrific acting skills when given something to work with.

Christopher and Meerkat…I concur with what you have written. I would love for this Olli/Christian/Rebecca triangle to stop but I know there isn’t a chance in hell this Rebecca love feast is going to end any time soon.

Btw, I totally agree with Christopher. He´s so right , stop underestimating our intelligence and please stop underestimating Thore and Jo.

danke für den tollen vlog, liked it so much! aber btw, es ist wirklich schade, wie die story momentan dahinschleicht, was soll passieren, die ganze geschichte scheint so vorhersehbar, bei allem, was in der vorschau zu lesen ist…darf es in den serien, nicht auch irgenwann mal ein paar geben, das sich liebt und zusammenbleibt? sicherlich muss spannung aufgebaut werden, aber doch bitte nicht auf kosten der charaktere, es ist so schade, wenn die zwei, die so harmonieren und wirklich gut zusammen spielen, ständig von irgendwelchen mehr oder weniger fähigen personen gestört werden und so die gesamte szene darunter leidet…ihr habt so viel aufgebaut mit diesen beiden charakteren, die storyliner haben bis jetzt einen tollen job gemacht, bitte macht es jetzt nicht kaputt..es wäre schade drum!

Having just watched the latest bar episode , preparing for the party, I was not sure whether I was watching an amateur school play or a professional soap opera. It made me laugh and tnen I was sick in the bathroom. I agree with Meerkat, what a lot of rubbish.
How can they keep on feeding us with such stupid story lines, with such a stupid actress who cannot act to save her Life. The scene with her and Christian is so childish,you would think they are performing it for a kindergarten class. I feel very sorry for Thore to have to play opposite an amateur actress and therefore cramp his own professional acting. The time has come to put an end to this rubbish. Send her on a one way ticket
somewhere very remote, never to be heard of again. And please stop underestimating our intelligence with this rubbish scripts.

I did the same sending the suggestion to Ellen. I also sent her the link to the video nanna posted showing Christian with all of his silly faces. I could not find the one of Christian eating. Her show is about humour so I thought these Chrolli scenes would be good for her audiance.

I love watching Olli & Christian.DJ Pepperpunk,that is so funny. Chrolli you make me smile.I can say Rebecca was a friend this time.Have a great party.

I see that Rebecca is back and still in love with Christian which means we still have to put up with this ultra stupid storyline. I suppose the very next blog will be all about her as it’s pretty obvious the writers are determined to shove her down our throats whether we like it or not. I literally cringe every time she and Christian share a scene together as there is no chemistry, no spark no anything there. It’s hard to believe the characters are ‘best friends’ let alone anything else. You can actually see poor Thore struggling to bring something to the table but it’s pretty much a lost cause. It would be hilarious if it didn’t involve messing with an amazing couple like Chrolli. Why couldn’t they have been given a proper storyline which allowed them to show off their acting skills and the great chemistry they have together rather than this rubbish?

Good to see the guys together sorting out their problems and showing how much they love each other. Hope the next blog is just as sweet.

I agree with Daniel…Kes, your letters are truly entertaining. They help to bring even more “life” to the fictional characters of Olli and Christian.

Just wanted to say I went online a few days ago and left a suggestion on Ellen’s page that she consider having the boys on when they come to New York. Perhaps the rest of you might want to do the same??

It would be great to help them get even more exposure in the States! I think they would be great in movies over here as well…although I’d miss Olli and Christian terribly.

I cannot believe that VL is still persuing the Rebecca story Line. Having just watch an episode with her and Christian, made me laugh even Christian looked for once very unprofessional. I feel sorry for Him having to act opposite an actress with no acting abilities. When will the Directors and Producers learn , that there is no room for this Rebecca character, and now is the time to assinate her role once and for all. You will do us fans a great pleasure by writing her out. Olli and Christian are both two Excellent actors, a Master of their Art. They need to get much stronger stories , so they can realy
excel in their respective sphere. Their Love is one of the most beautiufl Love stories in Soap Opera and they have Fans World Wide now. SO PLEASE doint let some lame actress come and bring the story to a Low Level , please; For once listen to us as the viewing public, and made the show what it is. Good luck to Jo and Thore.

Aww I am happy to see Chrolli again. Life is not good without them.
Christian should not give the hard time to Olli, he is busy the same with the horses.
Olli was nice to him then. But it is good to see them kiss and love each other.

@Brownsugar. Not sure I like Olli’s new haircut either. He looks like he’s been scalped. I agree that it’s time Gregor stopped being a sleeping partner and actually got behind the bar and did some work. I notice that when he and Luise had their date at the free climbing centre they weren’t interrupted by Miriam or anyone else.
Christian and Olli need to book a holiday preferably in another country and conveniently forget to take their phones with them when they go. Still at least they did get to spend some time together even if it was only on front of the TV.

The guys just look so cute and it’s sweet that they wanted to make up for their failed date by vegging out on the couch and eating bacon sandwiches and muffins. What a good start for 2010.

Christian…why did you stay in the bathtub so long until you practically waterlogged your skin to that prune like state? I’d have gotten out of the bathtub after about fifteen minutes. I’m sure the mood for some romantic down time together feel flat the minute Olli had to make that mad dash for NL. And Christian, instead of having a go at Olli for leaving you to wrinkle in the bath and not having enough down time together…maybe you should approach your big brother and ask him to act like he is co owner of NL and help pull his weight, before your poor boyfriend collapses from exhaustion.

And I’ve also been wondering…how the hell do both of you fit into that tiny bathtub? It seems virtually impossible with both of you being quite tall. I guess if one of you stood it would work. ;D

Olli…next time you have to leave your boyfriend for an emergency in NL, just spare yourself a few minutes and run upstairs to tell him the situation. This would have certainly spared Christian the frustration of waiting and waiting for your return. Plus, he wouldn’t continue to give you an earful.

Olli…i’m not really feeling the short to near scalp hair cut on you. I prefer your longer style. I mean…you have a beautiful head of gorgeous black hair, so why cut it so low?

Schöner Blog zum Start in ein hoffentlich besseres Jahr 2010. Nach dem Seuchenjahr 2009 kann es aber ja eigentlich nur besser werden…

YAY! Endlich wieder ein neuer Blog und dann gleich ein so süßer! *freu freu*

Da fängt das neue Jahr super an. Ich hab den Blog richtig vermisst zwischen den Jahren, aber jetzt haben wir euch ja wieder.

Hoffentlich können wir uns 2010 noch über gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanz viele Blogs freuen, mit ganz viel CHROLLI. Und hoffentlich bringt auch das VL Jahr Besserungen hinsichtlich der Story, der Sendezeit und *hust* der Chrolli umgebenden Personen… Der Anfang ist ja ganz vielversprechend.

Jo und Thore, ich hoffe ihr seid gut ins neue Jahr gestartet. Ich wünsch euch viel Spaß beim Drehen (hoffentlich mit vielen und vor allem schönen und spannenden Chrolli-Geschichten), Gesundheit, Glück und natürlich ganz wichtig: Liebe!

Yayyyyy, Christian and Olli are back!!!!

Christian does have a point. Olli could’ve told him
things had gone crazy in the bar instead of just leaving him
to get all red and wrinkled in the bath. I think that Christian
was pretty understanding. But Olli is so cute there’s no way
anyone could stay mad at him for long!!!

I sincerely hope that 2010 will be a Wonderful succesful year for you both, and that
we will be able to see much more of your Superb acting Talents. Your Directors and producers, should by now realize what a tremendous influence you have on the viewing public, and the fanatstic on screen chemistry you have.
You have brought so many enjoyable moments into poeple’s lives, and in your own way
showed the world the beautiufl Love that can exist between two persons.May your Love for one another blooms in 2010, and your scripts be as Professional as you are .
While Olli and Christian is in VL , the series will remain on top, and draw an even
bigger viewing public. You deserve the best story lines this year.

I’m so sorry Christian that you had to spend so much time in the bathtub, but Olli’s sorry for doing it and like he said he didn’t do it deliberately. But Olli, maybe a few more employees at NoLimits would help take the workload off of your shoulders and free you up to spend more time with Christian!

Oh and Jo, it was great seeing you speak in English, tell the writers to include more English dialog!! hehe!

LOL I can’t believe people take Christian’s complaints seriously. It’s call teasing…and we wouldn’t get to see the lovely vision of Christian in the bath if Olli called upstairs to tell him about the delay. Then again, we may get the equally heavenly vision of Christian getting OUT of the tub and drying off to help downstairs.

Part of being a loving couple is knowing when to be serious and when not to take little complaints like this seriously. Olli played along perfectly…such a talented masseur. <3

I don’t want to sound ungrateful but why can’t we get scenes like this on the show? The ninja masseur thing was cute and all that but it would have been better for them to have a proper talk about the problem and promise to try and make time for each other just as they have here in the blog.
It was the same when Christian decided to become a horse trainer or when they discovered Rebecca was the real shoplifter. They only talked about how they felt on the blog rather than the show which makes no real sense. Maybe that will change once they get some kind of storyline. In the meantime it’s always good to see them together and even better sharing kisses.

So good to hear them say they were going to veg out on couch even though Helena and Andi were there. It;s about time they stopped worrying about other people. Now if Olli could just get lazy old Gregor to tear himself away from his princess and actually do some work, Christian wouldn’t get abandoned in the tub again.

Aww, Christian’s so mean. When he had to abandon his date with Olli to look after that horse, Olli waited for ages outside in that silly field and didn’t complain at all. But the other way around and Christian is being a complete bitch about it. Like, he only had to wait in a bath for a bit. And Olli’s already apologised loads.

Olli should tell him to spin on it.

loved this little scene, actually talking about stuff a little bit, yay!

(but I feel a bit wistfully sad that this wasn’t swopped for the crazy massage scene that we got in the show… )

It’s so good to see your beautiful faces; it surely made my decade already.

Christian, as for Olli blowing his tub date with you, if Gregor would only shoulder his share of the workload then Olli would have more time to spend with you. You were right to call NoLimits “Olli’s bar” since he’s the one actually doing all the work, just like the sole owner of a bar would, so Gregor might as well make it official and sell his interest to Olli. Then all that time he spends in NoLimits would actually make sense. I’m surprised you haven’t made the connection and approached Gregor about it since him neglecting his responsibilities is having a snowball affect and impacting your relationship in a negative way.

Olli, next time a group of patrons storm NoLimits and threatens to ruin your plans with your boyfriend, please take some time to inform him so that he doesn’t grow gills. I really can’t picture Christian with webbed feet and gills. He’s a nice looking guy but I seriously doubt if he could pull of the “aquatic look.”

And finally Jo and Thore, it great that you got some much-needed R&R, and spend quality time at home with the people you care about. Hope Santa was good to you as you were great “lil boys” this year I’m sure!! But just incase he wasn’t good enough, keep your eyes open for something special to appear under your Christmas tree–even though it’s all wilted and probably brown by now. Santa hasn’t forgotten you.

Despite the absence of good story lines for Chrolli in 2009, you have both had a very successful year. First, the success of the Chrolli Vlog, that is still gaining more and more fans, has made you an international SUPER COUPLE.

And in a poll done by AE listing the Hottest 100 Guys of the Year 2009, you both placed in the top 20%. This list includes actors like Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Zac Effron, and Hugh Jackman, etc. Quite impressive!

Just think what might happen if Chrolli was actually given a story line that was worthy of your acting talents?

Wenigstens noch ein bisschen Silvester für Chrolli nachträglich, wenn es schon kein Weihnachten und Silvester in VL für die beiden onscreen gab.

“War trotzdem Blöd” war mein Lieblingssatz. Ich denke mal so kann man das ganze mit der Wanne wohl am besten auf den Punkt bringen.
Und wo Christian absolut recht hat, es ist wirklich eher ihre Wohnung, wenn einer platz machen muss dann ja wohl HelAndi. ^^

Eigentlich ist so ein Fernsehabend ja nicht so aufregend, aber bei der Planung hörte sich das gleich richtig gemütlich an. Bei Christian und Olli gibt es eben keine langeweile im Alltag.
